It's second day, different bus number, diffrent bus stop, and buses just not turning up at all. The one that I'm in now was late by 5 minutes, and driver said he's on time!!!!! "First bus" update the timesheets, or run all scheduled buses!!!! Today, at Basildon station driver just said that another driver is coming than locked doors and went away!!! With people inside! With no chance to go out, or change bus! The wait is too long and unacceptable. What if I got sick and need fresh air??? No one would help, right?

My grandson waited for over an hour today waiting for the number 15 from langdon hills to wickford .He was waiting from 7.10 until 8.10 during which time 2 buses should have arrived .I phoned the number given on google to phone depot only to be told that they have changed the bus number to number 5 and that the buses are running the usual time .I watched from my window because i live directly opposite and no buses apart from number 44 .I told the woman this on the phone and she said the buses were running as normal because they were tracked .What utter rot .A bunch of trained monkeys could do a better job.

1. they drive dangerously, doing 60mph+ on single carriageway when NSL for PCV's is 50. 2. no respect for customers or other road users. Only 'their mates' 3. drivers think they own the road 4. they moan too much 5. lack of concentration. more concerned of what passengers are doing than anticipating ahead. Some bus drivers are fine but others have one or more of the issues above.

It's fairly easy to navigate, but not always easy to spot a First employee to help you

Bus has never been on time, staff are rude, overall a very unpleasant bus ride.
