Terrible unfriendly staff. Asked for help and a tall dark skinned bald man who worked at the station shouted at me to “just look at the board” which to someone who isnt from the area it is confusing. He kept persisting and just shouting. The audacity to be that rude and still be able to work there is despicable. Worthless staff
Coffee shop inside station newly opened very nice with coffee and freshly baked pastries
I've been waiting for 30 minutes, no one came, everyone passed by! Please do something about it, it is impossible to tolerate it anymore and only basildon is such a situation, only every 4th train stops!
The staff here are very friendly and have a good positive vibe emanating from their presences.
It is 08:00 on the 27th of August 2019.nHuge tickets queues outside the station!!! Why? Not enough ticket machines and staff available. It takes you between 30 to 40 min to purchase your travel ticket!nnAnother day the 14th of October. Two tills open, two machines working, but still waiting for 20 min to buy an expensive ticket!
