Just received an order from Deliveroo.

Very disappointed by the quality of this pizza, which is marketed as the "proper pizza". I think it is one of the worst pizzas I have ever eaten in London - and I tried quite a few.

Never again - dry and untasty. We even wished of buying a pizza from supermarket instead of this one... and this probably says it all.

We have ordered from firezza Highbury 3 times. Each time the food has arrived late and cold. Staff members we spoke to were unhelpful, one was rude and hung up on me today when I called to ask for a refund, having agreed to refund it. They also blamed the repeated lateness on the driver 'not being familiar with postcodes'

Horrible. I have ordered a pizza for delivery an hour and 30min ago. No news. I have tried calling them 5 times since then, no answer... at that point I don't even know if I am ever going to get this pizza I paid for...
