Excellent facilities. Great swimming pool, great arcade and great bar areas (one for children and one for over 18s), also great entertainment for children on weekends. There is also a playground on site which is nice for kids. The showers in the shower blocks are clean and very spacious with powerful showers, though we won't be needing to use them anymore as we have just upgraded from a tourer to a static which we are putting on the anchorage over the road (still part of fir tree), which is also excellent. It's very quiet as all of the facilities listed above are over the road in the main park. Of course it's more expensive to stay there but you get your own car parking space, a lot of extra room for an added decking, piped gas (no need to buy gas bottles unlike on the main site), and very smart looking as you can tell it's new with recently planted trees and new roads. Also, in the main park, the restaurant/bar does a carvery on a Sunday for £7 which is amazing. 
No complaints at all, though it is quite a long walk to the beach and Bridlington town centre, and even farther to bempton cliffs. But there is a bus 5 minutes away which is handy. 5/5.

We have had  a caravan on this site since 2006. We love where we are on the site and have lovely neighbours. The pool onsite is lovely and there is a childrens play ground. There is also a childrens area in the club.

This place always has a dirty appearance. Needs a full refurb in the family room. Really dark and dingy.
