Staff and services are generally good on platform and off. Regular delays and changes to overground and Thameslink but other than that it does what it needs to most of the time.

Not 100% accessible-friendly: lift access only to a few platforms, not all.

They should have let me know in advance that Finsbury Park is beta testing Thorpe Parks 'Minotaurs Labyrinth'. The one way system made a 30 sec walk to the platform 10 minutes. Left means right and right means jump. Thanks Coivd, you've been a darling

I don't like Finsbury park as it is dirty and messy. But transport links are very good, so sometimes I have to pass through in order to get to my destination

Routes under the covid circumstances should be hugely improved. Entrance should be at the main Street, not at the background. Signs for directions are not clear and we have to walk ~600-700 meters to get entry.

Very confusing how to enter the tube entrance. Wasted 15 minutes of my time trying to find the entrance, with the one way system they have in place at present. Hardly any staff to speak to as well to get advice. Very disappointed.
