I was looking for flooring for my galley kitchen and a good friend recommended I pop into Rosewoods carpet shop. I am sooooo pleased I did. Kevin the owner of this wonderful shop was ever so helpful, attentive and patient. I am indecisive at the best of times and thought I was organised going in with my own measurements, but sensing they may be incorrect, Kevin very kindly popped over to my house within the hour to measure up, I was very impressed as who else does this in Harrogate!!!! After receiving Kevin’s excellent advice re what would suit my funny shaped little kitchen, I knew this is a company I want to do business with. Mathew the fabulous fitter, and believe me he is fabulous, I say this as having several local “fitters” in my home, I now realise they clearly did not have Mathews professional eye for detail, to say I am highly delighted with my new flooring and the fit would be an understatement. Mathew arrived on time with a smile on his face and immediately cracked on with the job in hand, and with his attention to detail the end result is fantastic!!! He also very kindly went over my bedroom/ staircase carpets and sorted out the problem from the previous “fitter” who as I suspected cut my carpets to short!!!!! When work like this is carried out it is a messy business, but I very much appreciated that everything was tidied up at the end of the fit and the old flooring was taken away. So if you are looking for professionals who 1 Arrive when they say they will. 2 Actually know what they are doing and who take pride in their work. 3 Tidy up at the end of the fit. 4 Are approachable and genuinely helpful. Then honestly look no further as the lovely people at Rosewoods who understand excellent customer service are definitely the only go to people. No other place for me from now on. View less © Report
