Story

Fingers Crossed Café is a celebration of our shared love of food, coffee and people. We will provide a daily smorgasbord of wholesome and delicious meals for all your breakfast, brunch and lunch needs. Not to mention all those cheeky treats in between. Whether you want to enjoy the uniquely upbeat ambiance of dining in, or just grab a snack on the go, we will provide options that are both nourishing and satisfying. Our produce is seasonal, fresh and sourced where possible from local suppliers and growers.

This spot has been consistently good. The food is delicious and there’s always something unique on the menu. The staff are generally nice. The venue is pretty small, but the atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable. For quality, Fingers Crossed is a cut above most of the other local spots. Defiantly worth checking out.
Great brunch place especially their homemade foccacia
cosy little place, waitress was lovely and it had a nice relaxed vibe. We both ordered poached eggs with ham hock and butter beans, it was full of flavour, the bread tasted so fresh and our eggs were perfect! The food was filling but not stodgy at all. Would absolutely recommend!
Great food in a hipster cafe. Very very smokey in the cafe though. Nice staff.
Super tasty, their homemade chai was strong but very good, and the special I had pumpkin rigatoni was phenomenal and there was a good variety of specials. Service was decent even though it was busy. I'd definitely recommend checking it out!

Some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. Put that with the most lush bacon sarnie I know with homemade ketchup and harrisa, and you have heaven- salty, messy, smoky heaven.
Good coffee and pastries/cakes/ bacon sandwiches. Haven't had lunch there but it smells amazing - daily changing 3 or 4 dishes, looks Italian eg pasta, Italian meat cuts. V friendly to all people, dogs. Progressive politics!
Amazing fast service.
These guys have the recipe for a perfect hangover cure. Everything is hearty, tasty and the portions are BIG.
