Story

We are aiming to bring competitive and comprehensive offerings of responsibly produced food as well as championing local organic and artisan food and goods. Based in the heart of Dalston, we are aspiring for this new health food market and café to be the new social hub of the East.

Our favourite fruit and veg shop. We don’t like to go anywhere else. Great selection of other groceries too.

Well spiced smoothie and tasty raspberry cheese cake. The sandwiches' filling could be more generous. Pleasant atmosphere. Nice to observe the movement of people in Dalston through the big glass window.

This shop is great if you ignore the price tags. Cant say I go in there for the customer service, but it's ideal if you don't feel like talking to anyone. The craft beer selection is my favourite part of the shop, but they have a big range of herbs and spices, so I can usually count on finding any obscure cooking ingredients in there.

Great selection. Since they opened they have really worked on improving selection of good and keeping things fresh. Really friendly people

A fantastic health food shop with a great selection

I enjoy the coffee here.

Excellent deals for oat milk. If you buy one it comes with a side of race-based theft accusations and physical assault for free.
