After placing an order via the website,I received a call to say that they had no lamb for the kebab so went for the chicken instead. As I was in a rush when collecting I quickly questioned the difference in cost but was told by the girl on the counter there was no difference. I have since checked and there is a token amount of £1.50 difference What I dont appreciate is been is lied to my face by an obvious cheap little thief.. enjoy your tip
Pretty good food from Figaros. Once had a little bone in my Parmo which wasn’t nice, and sometimes they aren’t cooked meaning the cheese and toppings are sometimes a little bit cold.Food: 4/5
Ordered food online for collection. Went to collect food and they had an issue with online orders so ended up waiting another 15/20min which was not an issue as these things happen. Ordered 2 parmos which were lukewarm. One parmo was tuff and too hard to bite through in parts as if it was frozen. So off putting and most of it when in the bin. Chips were not the best as if they had been reheated again and again. Really disappointed as we have had food from here before and always been great.
Absolutely disgusting food ordered online got a parmo freezing cold pepperoni wasn’t even cooked properly……rang and was told to take the food back straight back the lad on the phone has no manners at all been dragged up I put it in the bin I work with food and I’ve never seen anything like this I’d avoid this place it’s rammy never again going to trading standard’s I was told about this place but I wanted to try it for me self and me mates are right AVOID
This place used to be very solid. The last time I ordered Nov '23, there was a noticeable decline in quality. I will order again, and update this review, I really hope it was just a blip - as it'd be a real shame for this place to no longer be my Parmo goto.Food: 3/5
Really decent. Ordered for 12 of us and was reasonably priced and decent food. Portions were big too
Go to takeaway for kebabs and parmesans... The pizzas are superb too.... Customer service very high particularly good when one considers their high workload as they are very busy. Quick efficient and the food is cooked perfectly.. And superb large portions... Best in area. Parking: Good parking
The pizza used to be very good value, and tasty, but now it ain't the same place.. Not sure if it's had new ownership but it feels like it.Food: 3/5
Three times ordered from here, not once have they got the order right. Ranging from cold food up to missing pizza's toppings and sides. Wouldn't mind so much if it was a weekend but during the week???Save yourself the hassle and order from a half decent pizza place. Update, gave them 1 last chance this evening, actually got the order correct this time, but turned up 2 hours after ordering and food was clap cold , would love to see the peoples food that give this place 5 stars. ordered food at 19.45 with an estimate of 20.45. rang at 21.45 kindly waiting an extra hour and they didn't even know what we were waiting for. it turned up at 22.10. I could walk there in 10 minutes - the only reason we wanted delivery was because my daughter was visiting, we didnt want to be cooking and she was looking forward to her favourite North east takeaway. Needless to say we won't ask figaros to provide that service on the future!
