I can't give a rating at the moment. I was previously a member of FG when it was located at East Street. I would like to restart classes however I am currently unable to phone and speak to anyone as FG, @Mission doesn't have a published contact number. The number published is for Mission who advised me that FG use space in their building but they are unable to provide any direct contact information or pricing. I would visit but was told it was one reception... I contacted FG @Regents Park and was advised that each studio is independent so they don't have phone details for FG @Miission either... I would happily have given FG, East St 5 stars as I loved it there, the staff and users were lovely, [especially fellow yogi Elizabeth] I'll happily update this review after speaking to someone and hopefully restarting classes
One of my favourite hot yoga studios in London! Very spacious studio, great instructors and the classes are amazing! The changing rooms aren’t as nice as some other more modern boutique studios but everything else is great. They also provide free herbal tea in the seating area which is such a nice touch. Love Fierce Grace classes!
Brilliant studio, friendly and kind reception exceptional really and such a nice studio. The 7:15pm Fri 75 min class was amazing! What a great teacher!!
Excellent teachers! I love hot yoga so could be hotter but that’s personal preference. overall excellent teachers and studio reception welcoming and friendly .Great showers and changing area. I just wanted to add to this , Alice, Kam, Brooke, Emma, guys your magic Thankyou for sharing your wisdom
This was such a great yoga studio. I stopped by to take three classes while I was in town for the week. It was kind of similar to the vinyasa flow yoga that I take back home. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and I really love that it was hot steam for the heat!
I saw someone posted about the music. I think the music is great. Different types for different classes and different people. Everyone doesn't want to hear whale music at every yoga class. I think the music reflects the different personalitys of the teachers. They aren't robots. They are people and not the same person. We are all different as should the music be.
Wouldn’t bother with this studio. Advertise themselves as an upmarket yoga studio, but it felt like a community hall with a heater in the corner. Room was in bad condition with peeling paint, temperature was more warm than hot, and the class standard wasn’t inspiring. Not worth the money in my opinion.
I really like the premises and the concept and the schedule which gives a lot of option and flexibility. However, the customer service and staff teacher included are not so nice and welcoming. The classes, despite the different names, all seems to be the exact same routines and exercises. The teachers barely show the movements or correct/help the students. It's basically aerobic class rather than spiritual yoga. And I have seen teachers getting very offended when students were leaving the class before it ends but excuse me, it's very hot and you can get dizzy and sometimes even feel sick if your body isn't in the zone so be more considerate and set the example compassion & understanding. Same for the receptionist, not so friendly or even smiley... Real shame... Room for improvement in that regard.
This is the best yoga studio I’ve ever been to - feel totally comfortable there no judgements and challenged in a really positive way by the instructors. Also a good full body workout! I’m only reticent to recommend because the classes do get very full sometimes... but if you can go off peak it’s really chilled
I love the classes at Fierce Grace City – the instructors are great, lots of class times to choose from and easy to book online, and the facilities are nice and well maintained. Teachers are friendly and knowledgeable and I always leave class feeling more energised than when I started. Also love the music they play in many of the classes – very motivating!
