Lovely Yoga Place in the heart of the City. Good times to include Yoga in your working day. I live in Freiburg/Germany and work in London several times a year. Always try to include a few sessions in my otherwise hectic schedule. Very grounding! Highly recommended

Great yoga class inside a church. Suitable for beginner or intermediate level. Have been going for about six months now and look forward to each session.

I attended the yoga classes at lunchtime at Energy Yoga for a while, whilst working near St Paul's, and I highly recommend their studio. The instructors are extremely good, patient and experienced, it's a calm and relaxed environment and a real peacefull heaven in the middle of the City's busyness.
