A peaceful studio with an exceptional teacher. Amy gracefully guided me through class providing clear directions, a calm and joyful focus and a wonderful strengthening yoga practice. I loved it and will be back very soon. Thank you Amy!
I really enjoyed the Yoga Reset-Recovery Practice on Sunday morning. The instructions were clear and I got a nice stretch in my shoulders and hips.
Amy and her Fire and Water team are so incredibly welcoming and warm. They create an environment that all levels of yogis feel comfortable and supported in. They are knowledgeable, caring and provide modifications for the individual whether it be a more challenging or less challenging pose. The classes are creative and fun and I can’t wait for my next one each day. Thank you Amy and your crew for creating such an amazing space for us to practice yoga!

I feel fantastic after participating in one of Amy’s yoga classes…both in body and mind. She offers a great selection of classes for all levels and is an is an excellent, passionate instructor.
Amy and the Fire & Water team are amazing. So knowledgeable and supportive, and they offer something for every body, whether you're looking for a gentle, beginner-friendly flow, a level 2/3 vinyasa practice with arm balances and inversions, or something in between. Love the new space in the Hybrid Fitness gym as well.

Love the Intro to Yoga class! The instructor takes her time to ensure you get into the postures correctly. Fantastic!
