Got great potential if it was maintained and looked after properly. The gym is clean has water TV's, Music and self cleaning section so you can wipe seats ect after you have used the equipment. The sauna is OK doesn't hold in much heat as it is old dated and slats of wood were you sit are loose and not nailed in. The wooden walls which u lean up on is very worn and the sauna sometimes cuts out and around the lights are also very worn and looks as if water maybe getting into the wiring. The jacuzzi is no jacuzzi more like a warm bath with fish tank air pressure only one side corner works with a little bit of pressure fully needs replacing tbf. The pool is probably my favourite part only problem is when more than 3 people use to swim in lanes it gets abit crowded. Keept fairly clean the interior of the pool is torn in the corners and you can see alot of mould ect behind this am not sure if it enforces bacteria growth but it doesn't look pritty. Staff are lovely and nice to talk to and always make you feel welcome cannot fault none of the girls that arethere they are diamonds.

Went there for the therapist and had a full body Swedish massage. Lovely and relaxing music, comfortable massage bed, clean sheet, clean towels, massage moisturizer smelt amazing. The masseuse had great technic, she was very polite and relaxed me and got rid of all my aches and pains. Her voice was calming and she got me to relax. Plenty of fresh water in machine to get rid of those toxins after and toilets are nice and clean. Lovely old building which is well preserved and lovely waiting room. Do not know about the room service as I have not tried it.

So very kind and helpful in changing booking dates. My son was poorly and the staff were very thoughtful and helpful. I'd definitely stay again.
