A very professional company. always very helpful and friendly, although my plans changed and did not use Mike in the end.  I would be very confident to recommend him and Fidra lettings to any potential landlord

I have been letting my property with Mike and his team at Fidra Lettings for a few months now and cannot praise them highly enough.

I initially had a long and informative talk with Mike some months before I was intending to move agents. He gave me a lot of advice without trying to get my details or to try and sign me up there and then. When it was time to make the move he arranged to come and see my property within the hour which was a pleasant surprise.

From then on everything was plain sailing. They took care of everything and unlike other agents they do not make everything a chargeable extra. Their monthly fee is less than other agents and there is no charge for vetting, inventory, financial checks etc. 

They found me tenants within a couple of days of the property going online. The move in went smoothly a few weeks later and everything is running like clockwork.

Fidra is a relatively small agency but that works in its favour. If you are looking to let your property then please consider them. I am so glad I did!

I have used Fidra Lettings many times now. They have always come up trumps, given great advice. been extremely helpful and found great tenants very quickly. Highly recommend their service.

We became new landlords in 2016 & choose Fidra after looking around. Mike was extremely helpful. Good prices & made the whole process so easy. We had a tenant signed up in a couple of days. Rachel has been a great help between ourselves & if our tenant needs anything, she’s organised it. We’re now on to our second property & are about to hand it over to Mike & team to look after.

As new landlords we couldn't have asked for a bunch of nicer and professional people to help us let our property out. Mike and his team have been nothing short of brilliant. Very prompt with their responses, very confident in their approach and full of advice for those who don't know much about the letting industry. This approach helps with a happier and healthier tenant-landlord relationship. We highly recommend Fidra lettings to anyone who is considering letting out or renting a property. Keep up the good work.
