Lovely traditional pub with friendly locals and welcoming staff, nice range of drinks, didn't stay so cannot comment on the rooms, irish music from 9.30pm on Saturday we were there.
One night stay in B&B. Tracey is a lovely host. Room was clean and bright with nice little balcony. Excellent breakfast from Naeve and Jacoline. Can highly recommend a visit.
Right in the centre, with lots of parking, a great pub with delicious drinks and great atmosphere. Friendly welcome and bar staff great too. Live music when we went, and the place was really busy with drinkers of all ages.
We hopped on the ferry to come in search of a game of thrones door. The pub is such an old Irish pub vibes which is hard to come by so we loved itnThe lady in charge was super friendly super helpful really really nice lady it's so refreshing to walk in somewhere & have people communicating instead of looking st phones.nCan imagine this being a great session pub or somewhere to sit around the fire & play cards or have a sing song wish we had longer here.

It's clear that the owners take pride in preserving the pub's history and heritage.nnWhile the Fiddlers Green Pub doesn't serve food, it more than makes up for it with its great selection of drinks and lively atmosphere.nnYou can see a door that was used on the set of Game of Thrones.nnOverall, I would highly recommend a visit to the Fiddlers Green Pub in Portaferry.
