Way overpriced, barely any price tags on the products and then they hit you with the absolute shocking cost at the till. £4 for these sweets below! We needed 52p for the £3 limit on the card payment and instead of suggesting stuff for £1 he said nothing
Friendly welcoming staff. Always willing to have a chat and interested in the customers. Fab selection of items in shop too.
Absolutely rude and inconsiderate staff consistently being mean, bought an elux and an elf bar and the elux came faulty believe they are selling fake vapes. As a consistent customer this is ridiculous it isn’t even the first vape I’ve bought faulty from there. Also was charged more then the price they had on there shelf which is definitely illegal. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Worst corner shop in Edinburgh with scummy business practices!
Bought a small tub of Ben &Jerry‘s choc fudge ice cream at Grassmarket Festival Stores. It had clearly melted and was refrozen. I asked if I could please swap it and was told „No, you’ve opened it so I can’t put it back.“ So I asked for a refund and he once again said „No, you’ve opened it“ He argued with me about his freezers being fine and wouldn’t listen further. So I was charged for non-edible ice-cream and met with a brick wall.
Absolutely robbers will be popping in again soon to confront them. Friend bought 2 disposable vapours £5 quid everywhere they charged £19.99 for 2
THIS SHOP RIPS YOU OFF BIG TIME, AVOID, NO RECIEPTS GIVEN OUT EITHER. SCAMMERS. OVER CHARGES YOU. BEWARE.
The rudest staff. They can't make the time to answer your question. I was told I am wasting his time. Very insulting
Beware! We had just arrived in Scotland. Everybody was friendly and honest, but this store was different: we gave a 20£ note, but a store keeper claimed that the note was 10£. As a change he also gave us an old 5£ note. At the moment we didn´t know it is no more valid currency.
Left my bags here and they went through them! Also, tried to exchange money and they tried and ripped me off.
Terrible place! Don't store your luggage here!
