We were in a fix : they moved heaven and earth to help - diagnosed a shock absorber fault and fixed it the same day. Fantastic service , friendly , efficient and effective .

We have used ferris garage for the last 8 years to look after our fleet oaf vans and have always been more than happy with the standard of works. The staff are all very efficient friendly and only too happy to help. We have recommended ferris to other people and will do so in the fucture

Thank you Ferris garage. I would recommend this garage to anyone. The service that I received was professional, efficient and courteous. They got me back on the road in no time.

We had a starting issue while traveling, and I emailed Ferris Garage and received a phone response from Tim. I had suspected a faulty starter, but Tim stated that he didn't want to change that if it was something else . . . it turned out that he was correct, i.e. corroded wiring was the culprit. Integrity and knowledge/experience score big in my book! Anyway, he scheduled us in at short notice, and did all that we asked and more. While that work was being carried out I was permitted time and space to clean the van. My time is limited, so that option was much appreciated. Overall a very positive experience, and a highly recommended garage if you're in the Falmouth-Truro area.
