Bought a budgie only 2 months ago and found it dead, when i contacted them they said should have brought it back if we noticed it wasnt well, no offer off replacement, poor customer care wont buy from here again as didnt sound interested when i spoke to them, i thought i would do the right thing and buy from a small buisness but i was wrong, customer care is terrible buy your pets elsewhere

Bought three budgies and they are phenomenal very tame not a problem at all with them a bit noisy but that's budgies I love having them the women that sold us them new all about them handled them with good proper care and they where still pretty young so training them has been a doddle well one of them AV got another two too train but couldn't fault service we got At all I now visit the shop regularly to get millet spray and sand paper but all and all amazing shop I used to visit the shop even when I was a kid and I plan to get an aquarium and a load of fish for my bedroom thanks again Fergusons rest assured I'll be back

Fish tanks are filthy. 6 dead fish before I tipped counting. When I asked when they last cleaned them I was told it was getting done. Funny coincidence? The didn't look as if they had been cleaned in months. It's a disgrace. U asked why they were not removed she said they were doing it now and had prob died from people tapping the glass lol... Now that's an excuse if I ever heard one. She didn't welcome the questions which is prob why she had no clue why. Do not ship there. Get ur fish from somewhere who actually looks after their pets

Great Shop. Very clean, animals are well cared for. The staff are very knowledgable about the care required and very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended :)
