I bought catnip concentrated spray. I spayed one spray on a mouse and my cat did not like it. I went back to the store to return it but the assistant refused to take it back. She said that as I have opened it I cant return it. 

The lid comes off easily and you can put it back on.

I will never use this store again and they have lost future sales and profits.

Not the best pet shop in the world but pretty good. Great selection at fairly keen prices.

Great local pet shop with friendly knowledgeable staff.  Phoned them today order something got it in 2 days. Also got a lovely dog bed yesterday. They also do home delivery.

Staff are very friendly. Certainly know all I needed to know. 
Shop is extremely well stocked and animals so healthy.
Advice given by staff never a problem
Lady in shawlands store nicest person ever and nothing is any trouble at all.

A pleasure to have a great pet shop that advice and practice ducts always at hand.

Really nice shop, take good care of their animals. Wish they had a better source for their rats - but all other animals seem ethically bred.
