Bought my first rat here before Christmas then went in a week ago to get a wee buddy for our rat (ended up with getting two) the staff were really helpful in advising us on how to introduce them and let us hold them to see how they would take to us since we had kids, everything went amazing introducing the two to our older rat :)

Bought a hamster for my daughters birthday. The staff were lovely especially with my daughter who wanted to touch nearly every animal in the shop and the hamster is so amazing.
