I just received my new sofa suite a couple of days ago and I really am amazed with the whole experience of working with FCI. From viewing and ordering to receiving the goods, every process in the whole transaction was streamlined and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. FCI’s sales manager, Izhar, was really helpful when it came to making a few adjustments to my delivery. I am happy with the purchase and expect good after sales service through the extended warranty offered to me.

I found dealing with FCI really easy as they had an excellent model for communications in place. Izhar, the salesperson assigned to us, was knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. I will definitely be using them again and absolutely recommend them to everyone.

Our new dining room table arrived and looks great, the delivery guys couldn't have been more helpful and Kasia in the showroom helped us enormously in deciding which finishes and colours would look right with our existing chairs, would certainly recommend FCI

After visiting many many different stores, we finally found what we were looking for at FCI. They might have been a little costlier than what we had expected but the wardrobe did not disappoint us in terms of quality and aesthetics. Go to FCI and ask for Irina while you are there because she will work with you tirelessly unless you find exactly what you need. Thank you!

All of us within the family love FCI for their products and for the great customer service that they provide. They always help us choose the right products within our budget. The after sales service is brilliant and really sets them apart from the rest.
