Massive Selection of Hardware Stock ! For a small unit, FCH seems to always have what i need in stock, much cheaper than B&Q and even better prices than the other Trade outlets locally. They have a fair pricing policy where everything is priced up on the shelf (ex VAT) un like ALL other Trade outlets. This makes shopping there a lot better as you know your not getting overcharged if you don't look 'trade' enough ! The staff, especially the owner (who has years in hardware sales), are extremely knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile. If they haven't got something in, they normally can get it in the next day and have often then been kind enough to drop it off at jobs for me. I will continue to use them and hope they can keep growing and expanding as their customer base seems to also !
