4 self checkouts, 2 small ones and 2 larger ones for baskets - if you dont like them use the manned till.nStaff always been friendly and courteous - maybe they can tell who the moaners and complainers are- never had a problem here!

Bank machine again not working, it's 50/50 if it does. They've replaced 2 of the 4 poor self-service checkouts with even smaller, worse self-service checkout, which are good for 2-3 items. Luckily, there's a sarcastic unhelpful assistant not at hand and you have to wait.

Staff at Hoylake store need to get some manners. Lady served me this morning was rude ignorant no customer service.

It okay if you need a quick top up of milk etc

Love this sainsbury's. There's a lovely lady member of staff with an American accent I think it is,  who went out of her way to assist me the other day. But this lady is always friendly chatty and helpful and always has a big smile just what you would like as a customer.
