I can’t thank the team at the Hoylake branch enough for all the help they gave me this week, From Dave on the counter to Glenn on the truck delivering they advised and guided me to what I would need to landscape my garden. They were polite and helpful throughout, I injured my shoulder the day before returning the whacker plate without question they sent a driver to collect! 5 all round guys! Thanks and see you again
Seemed very well organised and drive in/ drive out way it is organised is very efficient. Staff friendly and efficient
Lady behing the counter was very helpful and the man at checkout was very helpful but my god the guy in the timber shed was awful. After hunting him down I asked if he could cut the nylon bands to seperate some timber, anyone would think I was asking for his first born child, he just walked off no expression or reply. So i followed him and walked to were the timber was and said its these please, after a lot of huffing he cut them and walked off saying nothing. I had to find the saw and cutting area myself as he didn't reply when I asked if I could cut the timber down to fit in my car. A bit of customer service training for this member odlf staff wouldnt go amiss TP. We all have bad days but just a bit of recognition or a few words would help.
Guy called Alf he said his name was really rude disrespectful & no help can’t speak for rest of guys there tough could be sound no Shure it’s just my experience with a guy named Alf
Highest pricing for diy, non afford fable if you buy directely without a trade card
