The staff here are are so bloody rude just avoid this shop at all costs, they make you feel so unwelcome when you bring parcels a service this shop provides. If your staff aren't willing to provide this service then why does this shop still allow yodel? I have to bite my tongue so much at the women here, they all hate yodel parcels and God forbid you bring more than one parcel into the shop they roll their eyes huff and snap at you. How is this customer service???? The only decent one there is the store manager but she still allows the other staff to talk to customers like dirt. This should not be allowed and tbh I don't see how this shop get any custom when they don't event follow the appropriate opening times. Something needs to be done about the staff in this store.

This place is a joke now, mainly use this to send parcels and recently the pay point isn't working? this is every single day! it is now affecting my business as I now have to travel further... The staff are more focused on stacking shelves and watching movies than serving customers, most of them are extremely rude apart from 1 or 2. I walk in and there are staff members wearing no shoes? what on earth it going on?  The attitude some of the staff have is awful and no one should ever be treated that way. it needs to get sorted!

I'd just like to say one member of staff with long brown hair she is really great no issue to great always calm never phased and very polite retail can be really hard esp in small stores but this lady is always pleasant and helpful need more of her sorry I don't know your name

Worst store ever the staff aways lock the doors during open hours been waiting two days to pick a package up twice I've been up and the doors are locked when they should be open or is cash only due to no WiFi and when I pointed out I'm picking a package up they said they couldn't help. Today I went and they have locked the doors again because there having a delivery yet there is two members of staff both of whom are watching the driver unload. Why can not one sort the delivery out and one run the shop Absolute joke of a place

I sent a parcel to someone who requested it to be to this shop via yodel and the driver was unable to deliver 3 days in a row due to being ‘refused at the address’..

I went in to drop off a parcel and was met by a rude member of staff who spoke down to me in a demeaning and disinterested manner. A unfriendly body language and no willingness to help.

Would be ideal if they actually stick to their opening times, also a rip off £2 for a bottle of fanta yanno
