Excellent kit, wide range for everyone, a bit expensive but very good looking. Sizes can be a bit random, but the helpful staff get it sorted!
One of my first experience of a Fat Face store and couldn’t have been more helpful. In short, we missed out on an item in the sales that we really wanted and a different store pointed me in Dorchester Fat Face’s direction who had one in stock. We called and spoke with Clare/Claire who went above and beyond, finding a single item in a busy store during Sale time, even helping get it to us given the store is far from local. This exemplary customer service is why we will be returning Fat Face customers. Thanks so much Claire/Clare.
The website clearly says that the store is open until 8pm. I arrive at 7.05pm and it's closed. So whilst I can't comment on the store itself, the one star review is for the lack of clarity and a really poor customer experience. If as expected we have a further lockdown tomorrow this was my chance to sort out my issue and now I do not know when I will be able to.

It's the perfect place to browse for quality clothes that are cool. If I visit, I always feel disappointed if I don't buy something.
One of my favourite places for clothes shopping, some things can be a bit pricey.
I still think that this place is overpriced however the man that served us on the day couldn't be more helpful. Thank you.
Always go on a Sale day!
