Saw my bike online, right bike, great price.  Only issue being it was 350 miles away!  Neil communicates really well, provided extra photos, set the seat height and re took photos, all so I could be sure of my purchase.  The bike was received today professionally packaged by Neil with extra boxes and pipe lagging etc.  Superb service, price and communications.  A++++

Friendly and relaxed atmosphere - Great service and advice. A proper bike shop. 
Neil is my first point of call for anything bike related, and he's happy to try and price match where possible.

I’ve ordered two bikes from Neil via Cyclescheme and it was smooth and quick service each time. I’ve also brought bike in for a service/repairs and found him to be quick and reasonably priced. Really glad to have a shop like this locally.
