I irder something online and dpd said that left the order at this shop but every time I've gone to collect my delivery its never open. It states open from 10am- 7pm I went at 11:45am and it was still closed on another day I arrived at 17:30 and it was closed. Clearly this shop is involved in scamming people.

Never open. Don’t trust their opening hours on here, they seem to just be optional and occasional. 3 days in a row I have tried to pick up an essential package, and they have been closed.
Shop is never open when it says it is. Even after carrying a heavy parcel to drop off based on the listed times. Very frustrating. No signs on the door either
I visited the place yesterday the 8th of June, around 1:30pm. I wanted to exchange euros to pounds. The guy asked me how much I got and told me it will be £925. I thought it was not correct and quickly did calculation on my phone. It was supposed to be £1025. I was not saying anything and after I asked to give me a detailed receipt. The guy got nervous and straight away said he had done a mistake and should had given me £1025. He said it on the spot without even calculating. It was clear he wanted to put those £100 in his pocket if I did not ask for receipt. It was very very obvious. This guy will be scamming and I am sure was scamming people in the past. It is absolutely horrible! Be aware!!
It’s say from 10:00 It’s 11:02 and you NOT open That’s not professional There people who have things to pick up and go to work but you not there + you close super early but you don’t open when you should ! Poor management
Horrible , after the person in front tried to exchange swedish crowns and the guy at the counter just looked at the money for about 15 minutes and couldn't offer an exchange rate because he didn't knew , he told me after about half an hour of looking at my romanian currency worth around 100 pounds that my money is worth less than 6 pence . I wouldn't believe this level of incompetence if I didn't see it for myself. Went to the exchange at the mall , exchanged it in 30 seconds.
