Went to the farm with my children today. Expensive for what you get .We saw everything they had to offer, even petting the rabbits and the whole thing took less than fifteen minutes. It would be alright if the only thing you're interested in were chickens... Plenty of those. Very disappointed. It's very nice you have an activity every half hour but what are the children supposed to do between these times. After all a six year old, let alone a two year old, can only stand stroking an animal for a certain amount of time. I also find it hard to see how you justify charging £1 difference in entrance charges for adults and children.

Very poor. The website photos make it look a lot better than.it is. Is very cold in the indoor fun area. It's dark old looking and the food and drinks are over priced and cheap quality. Will not be going there again

I’m really sorry but I was genuinely so disappointed with this place. It is a shame as I can see how it could be such a lovely place but it’s just exceptionally tired looking. From the website and it’s descriptions I thought it was going to be amazing - so I drove an hour to get here!! However, It is tiny and just not as described. All of the signage is dated and faded, the animal cages/pens are dated, and the place just felt a little grubby. Once we had walked round the animals there was nothing else to do - 20 minutes had passed!!! There was a “colouring corner” which had a rusty tin, one pencil and one sheet of paper. So we left and paid the same amount to get into the country park down the road and had an excellent time. It just felt really run down which is really sad. I understand they probably need to boost sales to then invest this money into the “farm” ... but I think until it is improved you’re going to get disappointing reviews. I sadly won’t be returning and instead will go to the country park. I’m sorry to leave such a review I really am but I think you need honest feedback.

Great for kids, go softplay or the farm. Staff are all welcoming l and they really do cater for kids, it's nice that this place is never packed full of people and it's also nice kids get to roam free during your visit...... Very good

I visited with my 8 and 1 year old. Food is very overpriced (it wasn’t hot when served, it took about 30 mins for the food to arrive). However my main issue was the hectic-ness, the lack of control some parents had over their children. There were older children and more shockingly, adults running around the perimeter of the soft play area, not considering younger children/babies. Although this is not the fault of the centre, maybe staff should be aware this is an issue and something should be said to those behaving in such a way. This is very off putting when considering a visit because I’ve been to a couple of other local soft play centres and although hectic at peak periods, you don’t see adults chasing children around. Overall there is a lack of supervision, including seeing older children playing rough when signs clearly state ‘parents and babies only’. If these issues could be addressed, it would help majorly. On a good note, the play area has a wide range of activities for younger babies and the older children have hours of fun. Staff are friendly.
