We love visiting Parents Paradise. There is so much for the kids to do. The staff are all so friendly and really get involved. My 5 year old loves the interactive games and the Go Karts and my 1 year old loves the sensory area. We visited on Good Friday and the staff put so much effort into making it a special event for the kids. Singing and dancing bunnies, Easter Egg Hunt and photo opportunities. It was such a fun day out.nnAlso, just want to add, it is so clean! Staff are always cleaning, clearing tables and hoovering with the swivel hoovers.
Visited Sunday morningnnFirst time visiting and the other reviews I read commented on how clean it was. I have to say I was impressed. I saw staff walking around and actively cleaning whilst we were there and we were only the first session of the day!nnLost a star because there were lots of older children in the sensory area, making it difficult to enjoy with our baby supposed to be 18months and under. We did tell staff at the time, who asked the children to leave, but it wasn’t long before more children came back. I suspect this is a regular occurrence that would only be stopped with a gate that only adults could open as any child in the area would need parental supervision. The sensory area is right next to the entrance and gets a lot of footfall from staff regularly walking past it so it would make sense if they poked their head in when passing to keep the area free of older kids.nnOtherwise a very enjoyable visit and we will return.
Great party for my 4 year old. Easy booking online, followed up a week before with details. The day itself went smoothly. holly our party host was great! She explained everything clearly. Food was on time. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to host.

We had our little boy's party at Parents Paradise Children's Play centre in Watford today. The party host was Amy, she was so nice and kind, we bring some of our own party decorations and she offered to do it for us, very nice and helpful. Overall the place is clean, the food is nice, and the kids enjoyed so much. Some of my invited friends also gave a feedback and said they are taking in considerations to have their kids party there .
