I was following one of your workers when he turned into your store without using his indicator so I causally looked at the driver just out of curiosity and we made eye contact. Then he span his grey Toyota hilux reg YR16 TWE around and began to follow me. I thought nothing of it so I pulled up and then he blocked me in, he came running up to my car window with his fist clenched and stared swearing at me and saying he's going to "smash my head in" so I apologised out of fright then he continued to try and intimidate me by waving his fists about. I think this is a disgraceful way for a member of your staff to behave, especially as he is representing your business.
