I would just like to say how fantastic the staff are excellent customer service. The cakes look amazing very clean shop. I had to get a cake topper made at very short notice they was very kind and very fast. I couldn't ask for a better cake topper. I would recommend to anyone. I will definitely go back again.
Wow I'm actually really impressed. Never thought I'd be leaving a review on a cake shop. My son's 8th and my daughters 7th birthday and it's a Sunday so I was considering going to a supermarket to grab them two cakes as I've left it last minute. Never thought there would be any chance of getting my hands on 2 personalised cakes with such short notice. Came across this company via Uber eats and I had two really tasty personalised cakes delivered to me within the space of an hour. So impressed! Honestly local businesses like this need to stay around for a very long time. Not only will I be using them again I'll also be recommending them to my friends and family. Thank you

Order#11871 This cake shop is a joke, has no professional sense and cant be trusted . Nothing on my order was done correctly. I ordered the cake for collection at 3.30 pm 06th Jan. At the shop, i was told it will take 30 mins more printer issues and the shop will deliver at my residence before 4.30. I clearly informed the shop representative the party is at 5 pm and cake should not be any later. At 4.30 pm, i called again to check and was told it will take another 30 mins. I called back at 5.30 as there was no update and nobody attended the call for 4 full rings.thereafter at close to 6 pm, the shops calls and tells the printer is still not working and the ordered cake is not available. They did not have/give any option other than sending one from the counter which was not even close to the one i ordered. The order was then sent in a delivery cab at 6.30 pm. They had no clue when it would reach my home as the cab wont take the call. you guys wasted my kids birthday and made me look like fools before the guest waiting for your cake to arrive for more than 2.5 hours. The shop did not even cared to tell the truth and kept us on wait with no clue. There was no apology offered by the shop nor the courtesy to make a proper amend. I complained on email to customer care and nobody cared to respond. Update after seeing owners response The best you can do as a business is to say that reviewer is fake and not your customer. Should i upload the reciept or your message asking me to delete my review to prove my genuineness? The owner says that alternate solution was provided but doesnt say that it was provided 3 hours later when the party was almost through. The owners says no complain was made, then i would say you should be checking your emails regularly and concentrate on customer service.
Thank you, Cake Inn and the staffs, you have just gained a loyal client. Seems like every cake I had from this shop had been made with love and care. I loved these cakes, as every cake I tried has its own unique test and flavour. Every time I felt like the cake just came out of the oven and presented to me. Me and my son enjoyed your cakes, he always asks me to get a cake from your shop on his way to school unfortunately, can’t afford it every day. Also, on my all order the staffs paid attention to every little detail as I explained to them, responded with so much kindness and made it exactly how I wanted. Keep it up guys like the way you are doing now, I am sure people won’t have to go to any other shop for their cake order. Thanks a lot. Highly recommended.

The best taste and excellent customer service. Wanted a customised photo printed cake for my wife's birthday on a 2 hour notice. Honestly, wasn't sure that it will be done. But to my surprise, my cake was ready in less than 2 hours the way I wanted. It was fresh and one of the most delicious cakes I have ever tasted. Definitely will go again to cake inn and highly recommend.

Fantastic Customer Service and lady was polite and very helpful ensuring the order was correctly done Very Friendly Service Cake was made freshly no issues at all we will be using this again in the Future for other events Thanks a lot
