Never have any stock available. Owner promises to contact you when stock is available but never does. Unhelpful and rude staff.

Went in to find some costumes for a children's play. Not sure what I was looking for but didn't get a positive response and I felt the owner was unhelpful. She was distracted by other customers so promised to get back to me...I've never heard anything.

Fantastic staff and costumes, they even order items in if they dont have them in stock. A good local party store!
