Just had a personalised sash delivered. Am delighted with it. It is exactly as I ordered and great quality. Staff were brilliant with me as I struggled to personalise it in the way I wanted. They responded to my queries quickly and helped me to get exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend.
Babyshower Ordering Made Simple! Perfect shopping experience! Quick and easy to order. Loads of choice on party items and all deliveries arrived quicker than expected. All the items are exactly as described / shown top quality and beautiful. Everything was nicely packed and arrived in great condition. We left it quite last minute to get our friend a sash for his 21st; but when we saw how quickly it could be delivered and it was personalized we were very happy to be using Fancy Pants! We ordered it on the Wednesday and it was here and perfect by the Friday, and that was only using a free delivery option! We're really happy with the product and would definitely use the store again!
Ordered a personalised banner for my sisters baby shower. I made a mistake by not stating what I wanted on the banner before I paid for it. After emailing them soon after I got a quick reply to say my email had been notified and my order will be changed accordingly. It was sent out in less than a week since ordering and its so nice. There business has a brilliant on time service and Brilliant customer 'service too, good quality choice of items and all ranges of colours and designs. My sash was made just how I wanted and beautifully made and personalised. I would highly recommend the business to family and friends.
