Shop ok ,but Mens sweatshirt and pants very cheaply made for the price .Very bitty and now after one wash look around 12 months old , cheap tat but selling at a premium price
Ordered online for delivery to store. Order ready for collection but no contact to say one item unavailable. Delivered order to a relative to find only 2 out of 3 items. Back to store...unable to help as 'you ordered on line'?. Then received email advising missing item would follow...2 days later back in store as 2nd email received to say order is now ready to collect. Back to store...no item received 'you'll need to speak to online dept but its Saturday & they are not open'. 2 days later credit back to my account with no explanations. Guess Louise Rednapp is unaware that customer service is shambolic but then why should she be...she's received what she wanted. Nuff said Peacocks...don't have issues like this with Amazon...works like the well oiled machine it is!!!!.
I like this store . They do have some lovely clothes very reasonably priced. The staff are very nice and helpful.
Great clothes shop situated within Market Walk. Really helpful staff and very reasonably priced
Not a good shop, clothes poor quality, more older man/women styles.
Shop floor very crowded with fixtures and quite difficult to shop some sections. Also confusing signage on children's sale section, I got 2 items both from the same section with the 20% off POS and signage on it but only 1 had discount and I only realised afterwards as I paid some on a gift card and rest on my card, stock needs to be checked to make sure it is in the sale pretty sure it was all children's clothes though, or should of been.

The staff are absolute sweethearts in here,but i have one request for Peacoats,please please stock more bootcut jeans,bc skinny just don't look right on me!
I went to buy knickers for myself... Wasnt going to pay £3 for a pair! The others in a pack were pardon the pun,pants. Poor selection and drab colours.. But in their defense...getting rid off old stock...
