Brilliant dental surgery. Been there for years

crap, can't perform dental work correctly and will give you huge fillings you don't even need! disgraceful!

I was previously terrified of the dentist. I am still uncomfortable but Grace is a wonderful dentist and I would recommend her to anyone, especially people who are uncomfortable or scared of dentists. You must go to the dentist or your problems get worse. Stop putting it off!!

Hygienist Scam.    Found to my cost that this practice is doing the hygienist scam.  They book you in for NHS treatment, make you pay in advance, then won't do the NHS work until you've paid privately and attended to see their hygienist for a scale and polish (charged at £45). They told me "this is just the way it's done".
The first hygienist appointment they could give me was 4 weeks away, and the appointment to do my small filing was set as 5 weeks after that.  So £92, 3 appointments and 9 weeks to do one small NHS filing.
