Been with this surgery for a good few years now. Always found the Reception staff friendly and helpful. Recently visited and found myself with a dentist I hadn't seen before, my old one had left. So check up, clean, dentures and a panic attack later which the dentist and her assistant handed brilliantly I might add, I'm happy to go back in 6 months. Lovely dental surgery.
Really pleasant experience. First time I have been to their new premises and it was lovely and spacious and clean and white. Reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, as was the dentist and his assistant. I also took my little 6 month old baby with me and the dentist gave his teeth and mouth a little check. The reception staff were also so sweet with him when registering him also .Would highly recommend this dentist.
Couldn't be more helpful! The reception have always been lovely and helpful to us. My partner and I have Natalia as our dentist. She is one of the nicest ladies I've ever met! She takes the time to understand everyones individual needs. My partner had extensive dental needs and was terrified of going to the dentisthe had a bad past experience. Natalia and the 2 lovely nurses were fantastic with himand me. His confidence is now at it's highest and he has no fear of the dentist whatsoeverthink he misses seeing you all haha!. Never seen him smile so much! Couldn't recommend them enough! Thank you all for everything you have done
This is my first appointment at Inspire dental Southend now that it's no longer Crowstone dentist and it wasn't very inspiring. My appointment was at 9am and I got there in the freezing cold at 8:45, downstairs receptionist didn't know what to say when I told her which dentist I came to see and sent me upstairs where I was told the dentist is off sick and they can't fit me in with anyone even though I turned up. I was told how they just received a call from the dentist that's why they couldn't let me know straight away, not good enough. My appointment was at 9, you could've given me a call. However if the shoe was on the other foot I would've gotten a lecture and probably a fine! Also you spent so much money and time building this new office, why are there no lifts? Not everyone will be in a fit state to climb the stairs!
I was seeking an emergency appointment as I was in a great deal of pain. I called and left a message as requested but was not called back as promised. I visited later in the day and was told I had to phone back at 8am in the morning. I don't understand this! Take my name and process me at 8 in the morning if that is the way things have to be done, why make me phone again. Stop treating people like this. When I got my appointment after a long, painful weekend, the dentist was friendly and efficient and I am now happy again :
Lovely new facilities for staff and patients To be fair I have always had excellent service here the only thing lacking was the facilities. Which I presume were slightly worse due to Covid and the new building delays. The staff are always friendly and pleasant, but especially Parm and her nurse who have assisted me and my mum and previously an elderly lady whom I was a volunteer befriender for! Always made them feel comfortable and special. X x highly recommend
Absolutely impeccable care from start to finish. Big shout out to the lovely Maryann Eneje who took me as a nervous patient, supported me through Invisalign and out the other end. I've said thank you to her heaps, I could say it another million times and it still wouldn't be enough to express my gratitude. Thank you all at Crowstone Dental for your care and support. I really hope this makes its way to all staff there, who deserve all the praise they can get.
Very nice clean, bright welcoming dentist. My dentist Inigo Urriza Larrea was very good and gentle. He made me feel very comfortable and talked me through the process. Most of all he listened. I will definitely be back in three months time as he advised. Thank you
I was told by NHS 111 to see a dentist within 24 hours but as I was on antibiotics wrong antibiotics the receptionist refused to book me an emergency appointment and said I had to wait to see my one dentist 3 days after speaking with 111 I had a wisdom tooth infection and the dentist said that the antibiotics I was on already would have been doing very little to fight the tooth infection and I needed different ones. In the meanwhile I was left to feel incredibly poorly. Also the dentist said that I should book to see the hygienist within 2 weeks to prevent another infection - yet I can’t get an appointment for 6 weeks. Very frustrating as my tooth is still uncomfortable and now I have another 5 weeks to wait- I suppose unless I want to pay again to see the dentist!
The lady did fix my teeth which is great however I asked for injection because I am terrified of dentist she said no it will be fine I litteraly begged for injection and the nurse said just trust her. So I had no choice as she just put numbing cream and went ahead drilling. After that was finished she started on another tooth which I didn't ask her to or know about that was really painful. Again no injection. I did say it really hurts. She said it's fine. I am entitled to an injection and was really disappointed she wouldn't give me one. Now I'm more terrified than ever to come back
