My first visit to the practice.nAll the staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. I was seen at my appointed time and the dentist and assistant were very helpful and friendly.nI did get a notice saying I had parked in a disabled bay in the car park but to be honest it was so dark you couldn’t see the sign on the floor maybe one on the back wall would have helped as I definitely wouldn’t have parked there.
The dentist is great but the administration and reception need a lot of improvement. I was on the phone for 20 minutes, listening to the most horrible music that actually hurts your ears and then suddenly the call stopped and I was cut off. I was only calling to tell them to stop sending me messages that my next examination is due, because I had one only 3 months ago. I worry if I don't respond to these messages that I'll be taken off their list. The receptionists could be a lot friendlier and welcoming too.
My Dentist Parmjeet and dental assistant Dawn are amazing 5 they are so welcoming, the make you instantly feel at ease ahead of treatment. Both a credit to the practice.nnThe practice since moving from Crowstone is poor in my opinion. Never get through on the phone to reception, they don’t call back if you leave a message, occasionally come across rude this is probably because they are too busy. Management always trying to upsell private treatment! White fillings and crowns are no longer available for NHS despite previously being available. These are now cosmetic! £600 for a white crown!nnIf it wasn’t for the actual Dentist and dental nurse I would look elsewhere
The friendliest, most professional and best equipped dentist I have ever visited. The staff are helpful and accommodating to their patients' needs. When I needed an urgent appointment, Inspire was able to see me early morning the following day. My entire family registered at Inspire after I told them to try this dental surgery. I would recommend Inspire to any one looking for excellent service and standards.
Tiffany is a very professional dental hygienist. She carefully explains daily oral hygiene routines and how to properly care for and protect your teeth, which I found extremely helpful. She is a wonderful and kind lady.nnThe clinic itself is large, very clean, and occupies two floors. All the staff are warm, friendly, and welcoming. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this practice.
