Would recommend to anyone! From the beginning, Mark had great local knowledge and realistic values. He gave us great pictures , and virtual tour to promote the house and communication was excellent. Then Claudia and Jennifer in the sales team were second to none. Their consistent friendly , efficient approach was wonderful. We were kept informed at every stage. Tommy in the office figures well in communication … great communication and again friendly.would totally recommend.
Bought our first house through Falcon Properties. They really did live up to the stereotype of estate agents being untrustworthy. I felt very disappointed reading some of the other reviews about sales going well and professionalism - I feel like I got the B-team on my sale. The original sales consultant we agreed the offer with was removed from our case due to sending an unprofessional email. We were mislead about the house not being in a chain that they confirmed in an email to secure our offer. When it surfaced that they lied - this lead to many costly delays after already doing the necessary searches and solicitor fees for the property - much to their and their client’s gain. This has been a very educational experience for myself and my advice would be to document everything and pressure the estate agent to work fast as they lose motivation fast as money start being exchanged. Very little professional accountability to their work. Remember as a buyer the estate agent represents the seller, they do not represent your interest and would take any opportunity to squeeze more money out of you. I wouldn’t be able to pull stunts like this in my line of work as I would be dismissed, and such dishonesty and sleaze would cost me my job. I would urge caution to future buyers who go through Falcon Properties. Very disappointed, this could have been far smoother, efficient and cheaper. I would not recommend to friends and family.
Best estate agents we’ve ever worked with From the first meeting with Mark , to the final completion of the sale , the whole process was handled in a professional and friendly manner. Viewings we’re arranged with ease and were unobtrusive. Feedback was excellent and a number of offers came after the first week , with an offer far exceeding our expectations. Falcon are and have always been professional, conscientious experts in their field. Recently I have been lucky to experience exemplary service from the lettings department in arranging for a property to be let. From start to finish they were on top of everything and handled any of my concerns leaving me stress free which was exactly what I was after. On top of that their rates were the best I could find in Plymouth for setting up a tenancy including finding & vetting tenants so its a no brainer really ! I have and will continue to recommend Falcon!!

You get what you pay for and with falcon you get everything and more. When buying are house with my wife late last year we used falcon and we wouldn’t look back. Always open and happy to answer any questions that we had on our property. Honestly faultless procedure from start to finish. And to give it a 5 star review is unflattering to them as they go above and beyond for their customers and it should be more then a 5 star rating. Although a small company I would recommend using these over a big company as they treat you as their own. Will be hopefully using this company for many years to come.
