Yes you can get help but to be honest it's not perfect. There are quite a few issues. I'd high suggest they get a tech team. The information on the site is limited and you can not contact them through email (them creating an email would be so helpful as I and others I know aren't comfortable making phone calls). Also add information to the site such as opening times and day would be useful as I have gone multiple times to pick up prescription and it's closed!
