Just moved from the States and with a rookie mistake I blew my PC power supply, popped in to see if they had a replacement on the shelf and they did. It was a better spec and cheaper than I could find online. I also asked about changing out my power leads to other devices that are US spec and they told me to bring what I had and they could help source alternatives. You can't ask for more than that. This place is a great find, good prices, very nice, friendly and knowledgeable staff, best of all a local business to me.
Recently bought a graphics card and was pleasantly surprised by the high quality service, customer focused advice and competitive pricing. I stopped using this shop years ago as online competitors were massively cheaper, that gap has narrowed a lot, to the point where store collection negates any meaningful online savings elsewhere, their range of products has also significantly increased making it somewhere I now routinely look when buying. They're now well established and have gotten it right for their customers. Highly recommended.
Went into Falcon computers today to look for a cable ended up with a PC I had been looking for prices online for a while and had a wish list, had no intention of buying today However when in store there was no hard sale No pressure tactics, my enquiry was listened to to find out what I was after,and was given genuine and informative advice on what would best suit my needs. I was really impressed with the spec the sales guys knowledge and help So decided to buy today Highly recommend this shop for all PC tech related kit
Amazing service. Professional efficient and above all honest. More about offering a 5*service than taking your money. Gave me the best price for pc upgrade and were completely honest about what was needed and what wasn’t. Saved me a fortune! Will definitely use again and highly recommend.
Excellent wouldn't go anywhere else. Went over and beyond to help me with my hp computer when currys wanted to send it away. They totally sorted it within 24 hours. I needed it urgently for my university work. Brilliant customer service . Taking the time to explain without making me feel like an idiot. Again I now won't go anywhere else
