Utterly useless! Never using this taxi company again! Twice I have been let down. Once when we pre-ordered a 7 seater to an event …they don’t even own one! And tonight they have left my daughter stranded in Stourbridge and proceed to not answer their phone just hang up! Disgusted!
Pre ordered a taxi for 2pm. Didn't turn up untill 2:30 when I had an appointment at 2:45. When I was ringing, the lady never picked up at all to answer why my taxi hadn't arrived. £15 later and no apology. Will never use again.
Excellent service only due down to the operator called trigga very calm on phone and magnificent management service
I phoned for taxi from Stourbridge health centre to go home, the taxi was prompt and driver was very polite and very talkative made me feel at ease first time using this firm. I Would recommend Thanks to Ali he's a good driver will use again.
Worst taxi service ever encountered. Booked a taxi in advance for a skincare appointment, which I chased up after 10 minutes as the taxi still hadn't arrived, only to be told the taxi was pulling into my road. After another 5 minutes and still no show, I rang back again, to find out they had blocked my number. Absolutely distraught as I couldn't get another taxi and missed my very pricey appointment. I'd already had an awful day and this just broke me. This company is irresponsible trash, but feel free to book them if you love being stood up.
Worst taxi Service …. Was treated terribly … we were not drunk … and I repeat were not drunk !!! My friend had heat burn asked him to pullover she thought she might be sick … he did but for seconds and pulled off again then she asked again but was too late … the smallest amount of flem not sick by any means came out went on the door he then. Told us we had to pay £40 valeting charges … of course I refused I said would pay extra … but all it need was a little spray aNd clean on the door !!!! He wouldn’t agree so told us to get out at 11 o clock at night and left us … shockingly bad I will never use this company ever again . What if we were young girls thrown out onto the street with no means of getting home !!!! TERRIBLE
Perfect service. Elegant car condition, smooth drive and bang on time that the text message I received said.
