Called for taxi to get me to work, never turned up and made me late!!! Won't use you again. Oh and get some more drivers instead of the few you have

Got a quote for £7 Over the phone. Arrived at destination the driver trying to charge me £10. He asked Base the bloke say £8. I regularly use this taxis however I won't be from now on. A handful of drivers trying to charge extra! Management do not care about customers and asked me to pay more. Terrible service!

used them on the weekend. left my phone in the taxi. when I rang them back, the phone was there waiting for me. the driver even brought it back and refused to take any money for it(it was a silver Toyota 6 seater). Super Service.
