This firm left my wife and I stranded at 1am Sunday morning despite booking this pickup days earlier. Going to the function we were picked up late. The driver could not find Bewdley Safari Park. He did not answer his mobile phone we had been calling him for over 30 minutes when he was not there at the time we booked he did not reply to the office calling him on the radio. Finally the office refused point blank to send another driver, as they were busy! So my wife and I will NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY.
Recently refused to pick me and my disabled mate up and will not be using them ever again. They should be fined or lose their licences for refusing to take our call and serve us. Prejudice!!!
DO NOT USE Driver locked me in taxi made me pay extra fare before letting me out, also driver was too close to drivers in front and breaking hard. Office didn't care when I rang them to complain. DO NOT USE
One of their drivers in a blue Peugeot 208 under took me then cut me up. If this is what their drivers are like I would not want my family or friends being driven by them.
Terrible, rude service. The operator ignored me when I'd lost my phone in one of their taxis. I went into their base the next day and a few of the drivers made jokes about dropping my phone was my fault and nobody elses and told me to leave!! Terrible company, NEVER USE!
Great service.. order a timed pick up..and within 5 mins either side it's there! No Problem!!
