Fantastic little gem of a campsite stayed on the adults only part with electric. Good size pitch spotless toilet and showers, freezer in the washing up area and a little cafe with a few essentials for sale. Tesco is just down the road. Location, it's a short walk into Fakenham if you have a dog The crown is very dog friendly and lovely Italian food. Walk right out of the campsite and a mile down the road is the cycle route 1 which 10 miles later will take you in to wells. Will definitely be returning.

A good quiet campsite (even in mid July), we made it our base camp for a week it is central for visiting different places in Norfolk each day. Family run by two friendly ladies, the whole site appeared to be maintained by helpful family members. Electric shower units would have been more friendly, the fixed spray heads on the wall supply too much water at force and it's cold to start with and no room to step aside until it warms up. We have stayed there on two occasions and Will be going back there again another Year.

Lovely owners who were helpful, informative and friendly. The site is clean and well kept. The pitches are a very generous size. The showers and toilets are immaculate. There is a coffee bar which does various types of coffee and teas. The homemade cakes are delicious. There is a pitch and putt course and a driving range.

I haven't been to this driving range for years until I noticed the change! The cafe is completely new and the driving bays also finished to a clean and new style. The staff were very kind, welcoming, accomodating and helpful and it's extremely well priced. Lastly there is not a strict dress code and beginners can borrow a club if need be!
