A great place to stay, right in the very heart of the village. Breakfast is an optional extra, so if like me your not a breakfast person, then you can eat later. However if you do like a wholesome breakfast then you wont beat the Fairhavens full breakfast, washed down with as much coffee or tea as you can drink.

Nice quaint place. Only about 8 rooms available over 2 floors. Mind you, there are no lifts since it's an old house. Parking is not available as well but there is an off-street parking nearby by the SIDE of the church (in the picture). Otherwise, the nearby Pont-y-Pair parking is not terribly expensive and you can get a visitors parking permit from the council. The breakfast is not included. It's £8 per person with cereals, coffee & tea, fruit salad, and fresh-cooked breakfast of your choice in a sizeable portion. Hosts are very friendly and give you a selection of DVDs in the corridor. There is Freeview TV with many channels. They even give you 4 free cookies daily and free milk for your tea! Would definitely recommend this place. I managed to get a decent price for 5 nights (~£350) during peak Easter break season for a 2x single bed en-suite. Other rooms look nicer so maybe pricier. Betws-y-Coed is an amazingly beautiful place to stay in.

Warm welcome, the most comfy bed ever and a fantastic breakfast, very happy we chose Fairhaven for our midweek break.
