Wait over 3months for a telephone appointment, the doctors need to see patients and resume normal practice why these seem to be exempt from other hospital departments returning to normality is madness! On the day of appointment wait for 3 hours to then ring them and be told it is cancelled. No communication no urgency or care given for the reason of referral. Better off going to a different hospital the trust has no care for the individual!
They always look after me here. Nurses aren't paid enough, they work long hours for low pay and treat us like royalty.nA round of applause doesn't pay any bills.

On 1st visit to see Mr. Motamed displaying with left ear ache I was waiting over an hour and although seemed thorough in his work I left utterly disappointed with no treatment or cure. On 2nd visit to see Mr. Motamed left ear ache had almost 2 years now I was seen promptly but told he had no clue as to why I had this pain and my only option now was to attend a pain management clinic. On hearing this I got quite upset and was told very abruptly that there was nothing he could do. Very rude and unsympathetic. Will refuse any further appts or treatment with him going forward.
I was looked after before and after my operation really well by all members of staff and the 2 surgeons who operated on me both came to see me after the op and at my follow up appointment.
