Friendly staff, and good food in the cafe. The cheese on toast is a must, unless you have to avoid cheese for medical reasons. All the food and drinks seem to be reasonably priced. Reasonable selection of books for the size of the library, but you can always check out the stock of other Oldham libraries online and have it delivered here as a reservation if this is your local library.

One of my favourite places to go in Oldham. The staff are all lovely, very friendly and helpful. You can play scrabble near the desk. Lovely place to sit and read quietly overlooking the canal.nThe Failsworth Writing Group meets every third Tuesday of the month too.
