I bought a car from Twinstar not so long ago and am pleased with my car and the customer service. I received fantastic service before and after, they are very friendly and accomodating - they provided helpful tips on how best to look after my car as well! I would definitely recommend using Twinstar when buying any vehicle!

I recently bought an Audi A5 2010 for £13,850 debit payment. The car is all good (even though it needed a service and new tyres) but the service after buying the car was appalling! Firstly it was advertised as a Quattro (4 wheel drive) when in fact it is 2 wheel drive! Secondly, the sat nav disk was missing. I questioned the owner at purchase and he said that he would get it to me within the week. Thirdly, the spare key was missing. With the first problem, I am considering legal action as I have copies of the adverts. The second problem: I chased every week for the sat nav disk and it eventually came 9 weeks after purchase!! This was after being told on the phone and by email weekly that it would be with me the following week. In the end I did receive it but after being hung up on multiple times and telling me to do all communication through email. Problem number three: Apparently the spare key was given by mistake to another Audi A5 buyer which is worrying in itself and I was promised that this would be returned to me ASAP. I called every week to get an update and spoke to Haran (the owner who sold me the car) who just kept saying they have not received it from the guy they gave it to. Anyway after weeks of calling I got told it was in process and it would be with me in a week (the following Tuesday) I left it a week and I still did not have it. This happened multiple times and Haran as mentioned above refused to speak to me and told me to email. Eventually his colleague called Sachin started working with me. Sachin was good and much better than his boss in dealing with customers. He told me that they can order me a key from Audi and it would be with me in a week. Then Haran came on the phone and asked me to pay half of it £150! I was literally shocked! I of course refused and they eventually gave in saying my key was now on order and would be with me on Tuesday (don't know why it's always Tuesday). Anyway nothing turned up and this happened for another 3 weeks with them just waiting for the key from Audi. Eventually, I got an email from Sachin who was nice and told me that AFTER 12 WEEKS they had received the key from the other Audi buyer. I then received the key the next day. In total it took 3 months, about 20 phone calls and multiple emails to get the things that should have come with the car in the first place and although Sachin was a help I would recommend not to deal with this car dealer at all. Absolutely worst service I have ever received.
