The lady who looked after us on our visit was brilliant. Helping me with my new watch, adjusting to fit my wrist. Friendly and helpful service.
We were buying my engagement ring. The lady who served us greeted us with a lovely smile, was very helpful. She also gave advice about the discount we can get when purchasing our wedding rings.

Used this store 4 times now, and the service is just perfect. The assistants know what they're talking about, and they're not pushy in any way. Would not go anywhere else. Keep up the good work!
This is my go to store for all my jewellery over the last ten years. Extremely helpful staff who do their very best to find you what you are looking for. If they haven't got it they will order it from head office. Most recently I've celebrated some special anniversaries with rubies and pink sapphires, beautiful pieces very well made. I've also had repairs done to some older gold chains which I've been very happy with. Can highly recommend this store and the staff.
Purchased two watches both of which needed to have the watch bracelets adjusted. No problem at all. The lady I dealt with was first class in every respect. She was exceedingly cheerful and happy to help in every way. I was very well pleased with the entire matter and will be returning to Hinds again for further purchases.
The 2 ladies that work there did not greet me when I walked into the store. I had to greet them twice for a reply. They did not seem interested in helping me. They were not very friendly. I did buy something in the end because that was the reason for going in but I won't shop here again.
The lady who served me went our of her way to check in the back of the shop for a different gift I was looking for, she came back with something perfect. Great customer service

We were looking for a ladies watch that had a bracelet that could be reduced in size to fit a small wrist, the assistant could not have been more helpful. We walked away with a nice new watch and feeling we had had very good service, unlike our experience at Samuels.
