I had excellent customer service from Jacqui at essential Southampton, West Quay.  My necklace broke and I contacted the store as I don't live in Southampton and a replacement was sent straight away! Jacqui was quick with her responses to my email and kind at all times, she has excellent customer service skills. The best customer service I have ever recieved! Thank you again.

Came in today 11/09/23 to purchase a ring for my mum. The customer service was beyond incredible as we were served by India who sized a ring for my mum and provided constant helpful input of different ring sizes to try resulting in us purchasing 2 rings and being satisfied with the products. India went above and beyond for the customers and I was genuinely taken aback by her level of professionalism. Quality worker they have here.
