There was an issue with a courier and I was starting to worry my ring would not get here in time for the wedding. Sasha was amazing and chased it up pretty much every day until it was found. She kept me informed and was so apologetic even though it wasn't her/Ernest Jones Southampton's fault. Great service and now I have my ring for my big day. Win win! Thanks Sasha!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this store where myself and my soon to be finance where ring shopping. We met one of the sales consultants who was called Brandon. Although he was new I was blown away with his knowledge and how easy he made the process. However, the store did not have my girlfriend size so we did not purchase the ring that she wanted. Brandon took this upon himself to invite us to comeback to help meet our needs. We need more Brandons in the world!
I was looking to get a ring in the future, but needed to find out my ring size as I’ve only ever brought costume jewellery rings before in a M/L size. Ashley greeted me at the door, was incredibly helpful and assisted me in finding out my correct ring size explaining how it should fit etc. Knowledgeable, polite and welcoming. It was also that I had explained from the start I wasn’t purchasing anything on that visit, yet still recieved a high level of service that was really lovely. Will be getting my new rings from Ernest Jones after such lovely service.
Visited to make a planned purchase of an eternity ring. whilst other customers offered a seat to explore options we were left standing at a counter, with restricted options with only 1 ring at a time being out... this then got confusing in what I had tried and what I hadn't... not being made to feel very welcome and clearly the shop assistant not having a clue and not advising one bit we left and went elsewhere... So glad we did Laings was far more superior... made to feel welcome and treated very kindly and all options guven to us. They then got the sale of a replacement engagement ring and eternity ring.. we enjoyed coffee and champagne. Know where il be going again in the future. It certainly won't be Ernest Jones.
I have had the best experience with Ernest Jones. I chose to propose during lockdown, and they bent over backwards to let me in to West Quay to view the ring through the window of the shop! They couldn't have been more helpful. Since then, me and my fiancée have chosen our wedding rings in store with the outstanding assistance from Liam and Ella. In fairness, I think I have been assisted by every single employee at some point over the past 2 years! I can't recommend them enough. Fantastic service.
Utterly fantastic buying experience 8th June ‘22 for a high-end watch. The store is welcoming and open and a smile from all of the shop-floor staff. They simply couldn’t do enough to make you feel good and assist in every way possible. No pressure sales , just good honest professional advice and supreme customer service. This would be my first choice store for any future purchase without a doubt. Well done to the management team here — you’ve nailed it

I purchased a very beautiful pair of earings and I was attended right away. Lovely and friendly staff.
I had a ring stuck on my middle finger for like three days and me being an international student did not know where to get my ring removed and so my last resort was this store in west quay and the women at the entrance was like " we might have someone to help you no worries" to be honest I was scared they wouldn't be able to because it looked like a fancy jewellery store. Anyways after a while a women named CAROL came and saved me from my three hellish days. She went through the whole process and told me exactly what she was doing. She made me feel safe and the customer service was just top-notch. So a BIG THANK YOU to Carol and the woman at the entrance <3 <3<3 I rlly appreciate your help :D
